I chose Comfort Squad to install my new Heating/Air units in January 2018! Their service after the sale has been great! My upstairs unit did not come on this weekend and Danielle called me first thing this morning and scheduled Erik to come out today to fix it! It’s now working again and I am very grateful! I’ve had multiple AC people come out who had no idea how to handle an old, challenging heat pump system and he not only knew his stuff better than anyone I’ve met, but was able to explain exactly everything he was looking at and doing and was extremely helpful and kind in understanding what we needed to do in the future to keep our house cool. Highly recommend him and this team!! It really matters too that he was thorough and took the time to answer questions. You could tell he was extremely passionate about everything AC so that was amazing to see. Highly highly recommend!!
